We are in the process of installing equipment for reel to reel automated etching, as well as decorative painting, and metallization of plastic moldings. We feel that we have the most comprehensive finishing department in China, if not the world.

Our finishing department at present has a couple of reel to reel selective plating lines, with capabilities for plating overall, selective areas stripe or any other configuration of various precious metals such as gold, palladium nickel etc. and selected non precious coatings.

Our laboratory and quality departments are fully 
equipped with state of the art instruments such as
atomic absorption, ionic chromatography, X ray thickness 
measurement,video microscopes, cross sectioning equipment,
steam aging, salt spray test equipment, metallurgical
microscopes etc. to assure maintenance and consistency
of high quality plating.

Our environmental control and waste water treatment
is also sate of the art and in compliance with ISO14001.

We have two sets of metallization. We can metallize and get protect film on the plastic one time. We also can metallize much different material as Aluminum, Copper, Nickel Alloy on the surface of plastic or metal, and we can get different color as argent, golden, purple and reflet.
